We would like to hear from you, regarding our conference! Please complete this comment card, then email to LeeAnn Marshall at lmarshall@boulder.swri.edu.

Onsite registration and check-in opens on Sunday, February 26th, at 5:30pm in the Centennial Lobby, on the hotel’s main level.

We recommend participants arrive the afternoon of Sunday, Feb. 26th, and depart Wednesday night, March 1st, or Thursday, March 2nd. The NSRC room block rate will be honored Feb. 22-Mar. 5, for those who would like to extend their stay. Due to unpredictable weather in Colorado, we recommend booking an earlier arrival to allow for weather-related delays.

All registrants are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday, February 26th, 6:30pm-9:00pm. The opening Keynote speaker will be former NASA astronaut and Commander of Axiom-1, Michael Lopez-Alegria. Axiom-1 was a commercial mission to the ISS, that flew in 2022. His talk will begin at 8:00pm.

A VIP/Sponsors Reception will be held Tuesday evening, Feb. 28th. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please see the sponsorship benefits page.

On Wednesday afternoon, March 1st, the closing Keynote speaker will be Frank White, author of The Overview Effect. The Closing Reception will immediately follow.

All receptions, as well as the poster session, include complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

A tour of Ball Aerospace Corporation will be available to all registered participants!

Complimentary hot breakfast will be available for all conference registrants one hour before the start of the first session each day in the Lobby Court.

For students, we are hosting a Mentorship Breakfast, where students may informally chat with former Board Chair of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation, Dr. Alan Stern, as well as with some of our esteemed Commercial Spaceflight Federation SARG members for questions, dialogue and general advisement. Look for tent cards on the tables that read “Reserved for Student & Mentors” on Monday and Tuesday mornings during breakfast. No sign-up is necessary. Just look for the reservation cards on the tables and have a seat!

All speakers: please bring your talks on a thumb drive to the NSRC registration area the day prior to your talk, for uploading to the conference servers. Talk uploading will also be available on Sunday, Feb. 26th, beginning at 5:30pm, and continuing through the Welcome Reception. You may also email your talk in advance to Norm Heinen at: norm@boulder.swri.edu.

A table will be available for any attendees/sponsors/etc. who would like to put out flyers, brochures, business cards, pens or other giveaways, etc.

No video/audio recording of the conference is permitted without prior written approval. To obtain approval, please contact Cindy Conrad at cc@boulder.swri.edu.
