Exhibit/booth space is available both with and without sponsorship. Please contact Michelle Valero (michelle.valero@swri.org) for details.

Booth packages include the following:

1. •    8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth Space (carpeted – no pipe and drape)
   

2. •    6 ft Tabletop Exhibit
   

•   Standard electricity (no power or extension cords provided)

1. •    Two chairs
   

Exhibition Installation

4:00 pm (End of Closing Reception) – 5:00 pm

All exhibits and posters must be removed from hallway by 5:00pm

Exhibitors must arrange for return shipment for all materials. NSRC and/or the Omni Interlocken Resort will not be responsible for any material left behind.
